I love training with Jennefer so much. She has a great balance of cheering me on as well as pushing me to the next level. One thing I especially loved about these training sessions is that Jennefer found out my interests (such as pickleball, soccer, and skiing). She then tailored my training sessions so that those muscle groups were targeted to help me be stronger for my activities. Another thing that helped me with these training sessions is that they were planned out in advance so that as I got tired and my brain was tired, Jennefer was there to help me keep focused.

Another really helpful part of the training is that Jennefer would help make corrections so that I continued doing exercises correctly and getting the full benefit (as well as avoiding injury).
